Training Letty with Your Data: You have the option to provide additional data to train Letty for more personalized replies. This data is stored securely and is only used for the purpose of improving your future email replies.

Data Retention and Protection

Data Storage: We use a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approach to store the context from the data you provide (such as websites or documents) to help Letty generate personalized replies. The data you provide is stored securely, using industry-standard encryption to prevent unauthorized access, and is not shared with any third parties.

Retention of Training Data: The training data you provide is stored to ensure Letty can maintain context and generate accurate responses in future emails. You can request the deletion of this data at any time, which will reset Letty’s personalized training.
